By accessing and using StickFlix, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Service Usage

You agree to use our service for lawful purposes only. StickFlix provides connection services to existing third-party streams. We do not host any files. You agree not to re-stream, broadcast, or distribute the content provided through our connection service.

3. Account Sharing

Unless you have purchased a multi-connection plan, sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension without refund.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free due to the nature of internet streaming and third-party content providers.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service. This includes your email address (for account delivery) and payment transaction ID. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

2. Logs and Monitoring

StickFlix respects your privacy. We do not maintain logs of your viewing habits, traffic data, or IP addresses once your session is disconnected.

3. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you are not happy with your StickFlix subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our support team within the 7-day window. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

3. Technical Issues

Before requesting a refund for technical issues, please allow our support team 24 hours to attempt to resolve the issue with you. Many issues are easily fixed with a setting change or server refresh.
