Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the StickFlix website or services operated by StickFlix ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

StickFlix provides IPTV connection services allowing access to live channels and video-on-demand content. We do not host, store, or archive any media files. StickFlix acts strictly as a facilitator between the user and third-party content providers. We do not own, control, or manage the content streams.

3. Accounts and Usage Limits

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• Single Connection Policy: Unless explicitly purchased otherwise, each subscription allows for exactly one (1) active connection at a time. Attempting to use the same account on multiple devices simultaneously may result in temporary suspension or permanent banning of the account.
• Personal Use Only: The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your account credentials with others or re-sell the Service.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Re-streaming, re-broadcasting, or distributing the content to third parties.
• Recording or capturing streams for commercial distribution.
• Sharing account credentials publicly or with friends.
• Using VPNs or proxies to bypass geographical restrictions if not explicitly permitted.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The nature of IPTV streaming involves various factors including internet connection stability, ISP routing, and source availability. We are not liable for temporary downtimes caused by maintenance or third-party server issues.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
